Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, This week, I would like to share three brief items with you. 1. On May 20, Bishop Caggiano ordained six new priests for service in the Diocese of Bridgeport. This is the largest ordination class we have had in a while. These new priests are a tremendous blessing for the Church in Fairfield County! Please pray for them as they begin their priestly ministry. Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, As the academic year draws to a close, we see many milestones for our young people. This weekend and next, children in our parish will receive the Eucharist for the first time in Holy Communion. College and high school graduations are taking place. In a few weeks, our Confirmation candidates will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit through this important sacrament of initiation.
