Hospitality Volunteers:
Organize name tags + set up for meals>
Organize name tags and hospitality bags on Tuesday, Feb 2nd, at 6:30pm in the community room.
We will be setting up for three meals during the conference – Friday Dinner, Saturday Breakfast, and Saturday Dinner. Food will be catered (TBD). (Note: this will not take away your time from your participation in the conference.)
Check-In Volunteers:
Help check-in on the day of the conference
(THU, Feb 4, 5:30pm-7:30pm)
Informational meeting about the check in process on Wednesday, Feb 3 at 6:30pm for about 45min in the Community Room.
Prayer Team:
Praying and fasting for the conference and all attending in our area.
